The product performs well. I had to switch the air fitting to align with my compressors, but it has successfully lifted a 38-foot RV, proving its effectiveness. The air option is a pleasant alternative to manually pumping a handle and getting fatigued while lifting a vehicle. My only complaint is that the packing caused the jack to move around during shipping, resulting in approximately 30% of the paint being rubbed off. While not crucial for a frequently used tool, it's worth mentioning.
