The cost and the quality.

I've only used the jackhammer for light tasks so far, but cutting about 20 feet of asphalt was easy with this tool. The tool is heavy, as expected, but its height with the attachment means you don't have to bend over to use it. It does not require specialty (proprietary) attachments. After light use, the tool was barely warm. Although the tool case was damaged upon receipt, after notifying Ihubdeal, a replacement case was shipped, and I received it in perfect condition. It's convenient to have the jackhammer on hand without having to go to the rental store.

I found great satisfaction in using this machine. It easily penetrates through almost anything, including thick sections of concrete. I highly recommend it, especially considering the price.

As per other reviews, the on/off switch is poorly located and can be easily tripped during use. However, don't let that discourage you. This is a hefty tool, and breaks are needed anyway. The construction of the machine is robust. The main challenge is achieving consistent hammering. Unlike top-tier Makita and Hilti hammers that fire nonstop, this one can be a bit finicky, turning on and running without consistent hammering. It's unclear if I got a defective unit or not; perhaps I got what I paid for.

To engage the hammering, the machine sometimes needs to be lifted and repositioned, or the bit must be free from the machine's weight. Given its 65lb weight, lifting and repositioning can be strenuous, especially with sore arms. The instruction manual advises running the machine for 3 minutes before use, changing the oil every 60 hours, and changing the "brushes" between uses. While the machine comes with tools, bits, oil, and gloves, the included goggles and dust mask are of low quality. If you're purchasing this, you likely already have better ones.

I'm uncertain about which brushes need to be changed or how to do it. Nevertheless, you get what you pay for, and it gets the job done. I used it to remove reinforced pony walls and a floor, saving money compared to renting a higher-quality model. If I were doing concrete demo work regularly, I would invest in a more expensive option.
