This fireplace surpassed my expectations. Aesthetically, it creates a romantic ambiance resembling a real fireplace, and it delivers a substantial amount of heat with the added features of a timer and temperature settings. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to add a warm and inviting touch to their living room.

Arrived without any damage, and it was overly packed in three boxes. Functions excellently; the blower is quiet, though not completely silent. The appearance exceeded my expectations; the wood grain looks remarkably realistic. The coals look great, and the flames are acceptable. This model had the most competitive price that I could find. I deducted one star because the grill, which you have to lower to manually use the controls, can potentially cut your knuckles if not handled properly. Besides that, I love it – a great heater.
