Arrived with optional framing, a crucial feature we needed (and then some). After trying and returning four other models, I was on the verge of giving up, but decided to make one last attempt. This one turned out to be THE one. It boasts the most realistic image—while no one would mistake it for real, it's not as obviously fake as the others. The remote offers various options, including a thermostat, adjustable flame and ember glow, and a timer, which happens to be a feature I appreciate the most. I do wish I could order one with a pre-set timer, allowing me to program it to come on about an hour before we wake up to warm our very cold living room!
