The dimensions are suitable for fitting under my microwave convection oven, and it functions well with my induction cooktop. The only drawback is that it doesn't pressurize beyond 13psi. Several meat processing recipes require 15psi. Is it safe to purchase a 15psi pressure release gauge for this product? Can one be acquired?

Today was my first time using it, and it performed as expected. I didn't encounter any issues locking the lid down, unlike some others, and it reached the pressure as anticipated. At my elevation, the recommended pressure is 11 lb using the gauge. Once it reached this pressure, I adjusted the heat to medium, and it maintained the pressure without further adjustments. I highly recommend this pressure canner. It's crucial for those unfamiliar with pressure canning to be aware of their elevation, with the recommended pressure being 11 lb for elevations between 1000 ft and 2000 ft.
