The elongated handle of this tool provides substantial leverage for swinging. I used it to pound hydraulic caps onto hydraulic shafts. Despite the sharp edges of the metal caps, which have previously caused damage to my other plastic hammers, this tool remained completely unscathed. I'm thoroughly impressed.
