I've been utilizing it as an outdoor cooker, perfect for frying fish and other aromatic dishes. We use this to prevent the house from smelling like fish and other seafood cuisines. :) I would certainly recommend it!

Employing this for homebrewing... it boasts impressive heat output that spreads across a large area. It efficiently brings 3 gallons of wort to a boil rapidly without scorching, and the low setting maintains a nice boil. The burner is solidly constructed and sturdy, with a reasonably effective igniter. However, the included hose and regulator are of low quality and best replaced with a higher-quality alternative for a minimal cost. All in all, it's a tough deal to surpass!

Impressive burner that generates a substantial amount of heat. I had to remove the rubber gasket on the regulator to achieve a proper seal on the propane tank.
