The ladder met all expectations; however, upon delivery, some step caps were missing. After sending a message, I received a response the next day, and the new parts were delivered within two days.

The stairs for the above-ground pool are nice, but assembling them was a bit of a pain. They are very tall, and the instructions weren't great, but I managed to put them together. Now I can relax for the night. Thank you.

I purchased a pool ladder in May 2022. Although the assembly was a bit confusing, I was able to put it together without any issues. However, one of the rails to the stair end had a defect, so it couldn’t be installed. I contacted the seller, and while communication was good, waiting for the manufacturer to make it right took too long. I finally received the rail during the weekend of July 4th, 2022.
