Perfect well pump

There is a slight leak at the manifold, but it works excellently after I added a check valve to the inlet. I adjusted the pressure switch range by increasing it by 4 psi and setting the shutoff at 2 psi. As a result, I now have a water pressure of 40-45 psi at the house. This solution is much more cost-effective compared to installing a whole house flow jet system.

I bought this to replace a worn-out pump, so the setup was straightforward. It remains primed and provides sufficient pressure, efficiently pumping water up a gentle 200-grade slope to fill my horse trough from a spring-fed pond. I store it under a rock cover, and since the purchase, I haven't encountered any issues.

Used for garden irrigation

The equipment was delivered promptly. However, upon opening the box, we observed that the pressure gauge was broken, with the dial bent and the plastic housing cracked. Surprisingly, we couldn't find the broken pressure gauge glass pieces in the box. We had to purchase a new pressure gauge to make the pump operational. Additionally, the metal pressure tube was bent where it is attached to the pump.

The instructions provided were poorly written and lacked any diagrams to explain the installation process or how to make adjustments if necessary. If you are not a skilled plumber, it's recommended to refer to instructional videos on YouTube or seek professional plumbing assistance.

Despite these challenges, we managed to get the pump working. It's worth noting that the pump is a bit noisy, so it's advisable not to install it close to a bedroom. Thank you, Eram Ali, Midland, Texas.
