The pump was straightforward to install after acquiring slip connectors for the wiring. The low power setting moves minimal water and exerts less than 2 psi of pressure. On the other hand, the high power setting is acceptable, delivering almost 15 psi of pressure. Unfortunately, reaching out to anyone at Extreme Power US has proven challenging. Despite multiple attempts, it only leads to voicemails, and then the call disconnects. The warranty stipulates that you must contact them after the initial thirty-day period, raising uncertainty about the warranty's validity. In case of warranty repairs, the difficulty in contacting anyone may pose an issue. - Steve
