So I was a little skeptical

I Have been using it for a little over 90 days now. I like it!!! Pounding T posts just S___Ks. This thing rocks. It is a little hard to start when it is cold. So when I do get it going I just keep it running. You don't have to mix gas so that's nice. I would highly recommend it. It even comes in a nice case. I gave it 4 stars because it heavy so getting it up on 8' T post takes a little work.

Excellent Tool

I bought this to install a Wam Bam fence. This system uses 1.75" x 84" steel posts to drive down a minimum of 48" into the ground.I bought this to do just that. The tool worked flawlessly after a user error and a learning curve.1. I over-filled the engine oil reservoir. This caused oil to get into exhaust, air filter and general flooding issues. Completely my fault.2. If you have more than 5 minutes between posts, best to push the fuel primer bulb 2-3 times before starting. If you do this it starts one pull every time.This made short work of these posts even through small roots and stones without deforming the head of the post.

We have rocky hard soil. This got our t posts in found in about 30 seconds each. Starting was not super easy, but not terrible. We did manual pounder last year and about 7-8 posts was a good day! Today we got 32 posts in place and attached 240' of fence panels. And nobody is ready to die from the effort. Very happy!
