It was just as described.
I love this planter! I can wheel it over to the hose for watering and in/out of the shade. The pets can't reach the flowers and I'm also planning to get another for herbs.

This was super easy to put together, intimidating by the amount of pieces, but easy enough. This is very heavy duty and will hold a lot of plants in a small a space. The wheels make it easy to move if needed. This will make it easier to winter plants inside and still be able to move them out on nice days.
This planter is extremely rigid and durable. It came with an exceptionally good user manual that made assembly simple and straightforward. As a result of its excellent quality and durability, I bought a second one.
