Setting up the unit was relatively easy with minimal hassle. The instructions were clear, accompanied by straightforward diagrams. The sander demonstrated good performance, and the inclusion of rubber feet was a nice touch, providing stability and reducing noise. On the downside, changing the belt proved to be time-consuming, requiring the removal of six screws and a bolt. Additionally, the dust port associated with the six-inch disc made replacing the stick-on sanding disc a bit challenging. Although removing the dust port would have eased the process, it would have necessitated the removal of at least four screws. Despite these considerations, I am overall quite satisfied.

We purchased it as a replacement for a belt sander used in our hobbies, and it performs excellently for our requirements.

While this tool may not be suitable for major woodworking projects, it's an excellent choice for quick sanding tasks at an arts and crafts level. I replaced the belt with a finer grit and use it for refining 3D prints and cleaning up foam armor for cosplay, making it perfect for those purposes. Although I attempted a couple of woodworking projects with it, I found that the motor lacks significant power and can be easily bogged down even with light pressure. However, considering the money spent, I couldn't be more satisfied with this tool.

I adore this item, but I deducted one star due to the challenge of changing the belt. It requires removing a significant amount, but since it's not a frequent task, it's manageable. The performance aligns with my expectations considering the price. The motor has decent power. I would make the purchase again.
