The 2 straps on front should have been installed including the back where the handles bars are attached

I like the convenience that it provides. The size, maneuverability, and storage are all great. I wish some of the pockets were a little deeper, but overall everything is great.

Extend the handle to its first position, and thread it through the carrying handles on the top cover.Seriously, those who complain about the top not staying open, you can't figure this out????
