The hose itself is of decent quality, but the installation process was challenging. I found removing the bracket to be less than ideal. To alleviate some weight, I ended up unreeling the entire hose. Although I could have taken it apart completely, it seemed unnecessary. I hope there's a solution like a hooking assembly for these, where you can bolt it to the wall, slide the reel support down, and have it latch securely.

I haven't used this sufficiently to provide a star rating. The unit is more substantial than anticipated, and it's robust. The hose appears to be of decent quality, but for construction purposes, it's a bit heavy. I might consider switching it out for a lighter hose or adding a lighter section to the end. So far, it's performing well.

The air hose arrived fully assembled with clear instructions on installation and fixing the rewind spring. It passed a pressure test without any leaks. It's a bit heavy to hold on your own while mounting, so using a ladder for support is recommended. I successfully ceiling-mounted it by myself, so it's manageable. Initially, I considered replacing the hose with my Flexzilla hose, but the included yellow hose is of good quality. The auto-retracting feature is fantastic. If you're contemplating this, go ahead and get it. I highly recommend it!
