We understand that not every purchase works out, so we strive to make your return experience as easy and seamless as possible.

You have up to 30 days to return your item for a replacement or full refund. To start the process, please fill out the form below.

Non-Qualified Returns

If your product does not qualify for a return, our product support team can answer any questions you may have.

Please note that products received by iHubDeal in any of the following conditions may not qualify for a return and will be rejected:

  • Products not purchased from iHubDeal.
  • Products returned without all original accessories, including the box, manuals, parts, and other items.
  • Products that appear tampered with or altered.
  • Products that do not match the original purchase.
  • Products received more than 14 days after return approval.

Track My Return

Once your return is delivered, please allow up to 1 week for us to process and verify the contents of the package.

For a prompt update on your return status, please reach out to us with your order number or return tracking number.

If your purchase was made through a third-party store such as Amazon, please contact them directly for returns. We can only process returns for purchases made through ihubdeal.com.
