A users Manuel would be very helpful

I couldn't locate information on low voltage in it. That's why I would have appreciated it having a user manual.

It works.

The timer does not shut the charger off. The positive stud was loose, and I had to remove the cover to tighten it. It works great on both 12 and 24 volts. I added a handle, which makes a big difference when moving. The cables are too short. Time will tell about its longevity.

Pretty good deal.

Arrived without a foot bracket, but Ihubdeal promptly provided a replacement. The cables are somewhat thin, and the wheels are satisfactory.
