The color that arrived was a silver base not a bronze but it’s turned out to brighten the whole look. The frame is sturdy, and large enough to cover a normal size wood burning fireplace. Pine cones are such a great touch, very cozy looking.
I had such a hard time finding a bronze-colored screen tall enough to cover my fireplace opening. When I came across this one I ordered it and was excited to open the box a couple of days later. I was initially disappointed to see that the screen that was delivered was not the bronze color that I had ordered, instead what I received was pewter-colored but rather than return it I've made it work. It is pretty. It does fit my fireplace, and all that needed to be done was screw on the feet..... ready for warm fires now!
Loved the screen - style and workmanship! It was perfect except that it was too large for my fireplace.
The only things that need assembly are the 4 feet on the bottom. Looks fantastic in front of my fireplace!
