I have a smaller pot that my wife uses for tamales, and as you can imagine, it didn't work well for my seafood boil! I am extremely pleased with the size of this pot. No concerns about overfilling this one. It's a fantastic pot and offers great value. Just follow the directions for preparation and cleaning, and you won't encounter any problems. I highly recommend getting one. Love it.
