Two of the parts were mislabeled. I figured it out because someone else wrote about the same thing.

I adore it, and it's precisely what I needed to prevent my pool floats, balls, and toys from scattering all over the yard. I wish I had acquired it years ago.

Good item and customer service

The product arrived in excellent condition and was relatively easy to assemble using a ratchet. I am currently observing its durability in various weather conditions. Unfortunately, the item was initially shipped with a crucial part missing, but after communication, they promptly resolved the issue. I look forward to engaging in future business with them.

I adore this pool float holder. Despite the frustration caused by the unclear instructions meant for a different product, the expert I hired eventually figured it out. The end result is fantastic – all my floats are now neatly organized and no longer scattered around the pool area.

The product is of good quality, but the assembly process was time-consuming. The instructions were incomplete and did not provide guidance on how to use certain parts. Additionally, three of the key parts were mislabeled, and we assembled the product according to the directions using labels A, B, C, and D, only to find out that they were incorrect. As a result, we had to take apart the product and start over. Furthermore, the instructions did not provide the correct number of screws needed for assembly. Fortunately, my husband is a contractor and had the necessary screws.
