This product is not as problematic as some people claim. The issue lies in the fact that these jacks are shipped with bottle jacks, designed to be stored and used upright. Unfortunately, shipping companies may not be aware or may not care about the proper orientation of the bottle jack during transit.

Here's a potential solution that has worked for me, although I cannot guarantee its success for everyone. Instead of attempting to use the jacks right out of the package, set up your ramps and open the valve to release hydraulic pressure, allowing the jack to descend. While keeping the valve open, pump the jack 20-30 times. Close the valve, and your jack should be ready for use.

This method has proven effective for me, and I hope it helps others facing the same jack-related issue. Overall, aside from this concern, the ramps are of good quality.

Excellent ramps, much safer than using plastic ones. Additionally, they allow you to lift the truck much higher, especially on a Ram 1500.

These ramps are effective for a car that isn't too low to the ground, such as a Toyota Camry. For that particular car, my husband had to create stackable ramps from wood for oil changes. However, for the other two cars, they worked exceptionally well with no issues.
