Assembling it was a terrible experience; the tools were awkward, but once set up, it's very comfortable.

Rated 4 due to shipping issues and confusion. However, the chair itself was simple to assemble and is comfortable. Both my daughter and I sat in it for an extended period, and it remained stable. If you desire back support, consider placing a pillow behind you or opting for a different style of chair.
