This is an excellent two-burner stove with decently sized burners, perfect for large-scale cooking. I use it in my backyard when friends come over. As a chef for 15 years, I highly recommend this purchase. Buy it with confidence; it's very sturdy. I initially thought it might feel flimsy, but it's not.

Easy set up and perfect

As someone who annually preserves over 300 jars of food using a pressure canner, I've experimented with various heating options. Seeking a reliable alternative to a bulky stove (as I can outdoors), I required the dependability of a large stove. This stove delivers on all fronts. It accommodates two Presto 16-quart canners with plenty of space to spare. The quick and efficient heating doesn't compromise my equipment with a large flame. It boasts stability, free from shakes, sagging, or excessive heating of stove parts. Although the knobs are plastic, they are well-made. While repeated packing and unpacking might pose a challenge, they seem durable. For heavy-duty use, metal knobs could be easily fabricated. The cast iron burners heat up rapidly and evenly, igniting effortlessly with a long grill lighter. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this stove and wish I had made a similar purchase years ago.
