iHubDeal collects state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence, such as fulfillment centers.
In states where iHubDeal does not have a physical presence, we may still be required to charge sales tax on orders if mandated by state or local tax laws.
Certain jurisdictions require that sales tax be applied to the total purchase amount, including shipping and handling, while others only apply tax to the merchandise itself. We comply with the tax regulations specific to each state.
